Why use team coaching? Every leadership team comes to a place where they realize that no one makes progress - much less succeeds - alone. It takes collective vision, wisdom, and action to achieve sustained growth and success in today's competitive marketplace.
So how do we get from rockstar individual contributors to a rock-solid collaborative team? Wayfinders' Team Coaching can illuminate the way! Our team of professional, seasoned leaders uses a tried and true framework to develop high performing teams that trust each other, communicate effectively, and make better, faster decisions.
We strengthen leadership teams by providing them with the knowledge, structure, and space they need to explore and experiment with new mindsets, communication strategies, and behaviors to level up.
Each team coaching engagement is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of your organization. At the outset, your team will take the iEQ9 assessment so we can understand team dynamics and work from a common language. Over the course of six months, your executive team will be supported through a customized combination of team coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions, and 360 reviews for key players. Every engagement includes executive-level check-ins throughout the engagement. One size fits one – this program is tailored to your team's unique needs and goals.
"If you want to improve the organization, you have to improve yourself and the organization gets pulled up with you."
- Indra Nooyi
