Even Stars Need Coaches

Are Your Passions Overshadowed by Burn-Out?

Sometimes our true passions are hiding in plain sight overshadowed by everything else that needs to be done. For example, being a law firm partner was a rewarding experience, but the areas where I shined brightest were: solving hard problems, serving as a trusted advisor, and collaborating with brilliant colleagues to amplify their success.

Instead of letting everything else overshadow my passions, I transitioned into running my own business as an executive coach for women (and some men). Now, I get to focus on where I shine – helping my clients solve hard problems, serving as their trusted advisor, and amplifying their success.

It’s been exhilarating to build Wayfinders and offer customized and group executive coaching programs for ambitious professionals looking to grow their businesses, hone their leadership skills, and transition careers.

Instead of soul-crushing work in the corporate sector, I’m proud to do soul-filling work helping people intentionally create the life they desire.

As an executive coach, I’ve learned that all of my clients feel short on time and are struggling to get it all done. But, here’s the thing: You’ll never have enough time unless you intentionally create it.

Somehow we feel we’re not empowered to go out and make big changes when we’re dealing with work, home, homeschooling, and being everyone else’s shining star.

Time is finite, but you can absolutely shift your mindset and use proven strategies to maximize it. You can be a star who has it ALL together and still reach out for help to navigate this messy roadmap.

The most successful people on the planet all have the same 24-hours in the day that you do. The difference is they maximize it to its fullest potential with intentional action, allowing coaches to accelerate their growth.
